When a fresh new day comes, the first thing most people do is to turn to their smart phones for news and stories. When we get addicted to the use of smart phones, the more we enjoy, the more we suffer from it. So we should make a change about the terrible situation. What we should do is to turn away from the colorful news and apps and games on the screen, and to get involves in our real life. We should shift our eyes from smart phones to green trees and blue sky, and drag our hearts from the virtual world and put it in our real chests. Only in this way can we turn our vacant life into a vigorous one.
